Jesus L. Comas M.S., BCBA
Jesús L. Comas, is the dedicated owner and founder of Bhavioral Corporation, a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company based in South Florida. With dual Master’s degrees in ABA and Psychology, Jesus brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work. His passion for supporting autistic children led him to establish Bhavioral Corporation, where he leads a team committed to making a positive impact. Through innovative and personalized approaches, Jesus and his team provide invaluable support, guidance, and encouragement to each child and family they serve. With a steadfast focus on enhancing the lives of autistic children, Jesus continues to be a driving force in the South Florida community, inspiring hope and fostering meaningful progress.
Clinical Director
Dalgis Salgado M.S., BCBA
Dalgis Salgado embarked on her journey as an RBT in 2017, focusing on working with diagnoses of Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism in children aged 3 to 14. In 2018, she transitioned into the role of Assistant Analyst, expanding her professional expertise in special education and early intervention.
In 2019, after completing her Master’s degree, Dalgis became a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Since then, she has devoted herself to the clinical aspect of her field, delivering courses, providing supervision, and conducting training sessions. Her passion lies in fostering communication development in non-verbal children.
Currently serving as the Clinical Director and Coordinator, Dalgis is also a co-founder of Bhavioral Corporation. She firmly believes in the inherent potential of every child and is deeply enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and teaching others. Her commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of children is evident in her multifaceted roles within the field of applied behavior analysis.
