SUPERVISION · CLINICAL CASES AND GROUP LEARNING

Case based group supervision

Supervisión grupal basada en casos clínicos

About this course

Organize case-based group meetings that produce useful data analysis, active participation, observed practice, and decisions with follow-up. Learn to select relevant cases, protect confidential information, interpret denominators and uncertainty, and give specific feedback.

Work through eight bilingual modules and the fictional Camila team case. Use tables of client opportunities and individual performance, an action record, and an example 60-minute meeting agenda. The agenda describes a future educational meeting; it is separate from the course’s 100 planned instructional and application minutes.

Evaluate each participant’s learning and transfer rather than relying on attendance or group averages. Distinguish educational team meetings from role-specific ongoing supervision and fieldwork requirements. Course completion does not itself constitute ongoing supervision, fieldwork, or a live clinical competency assessment.
